CRO SALES EXECUTIVES
Our client company, a life sciences & CRO company focusing on preclinical research, testing & compliance and regulatory activities for an international client base, is building out its sales organization in the US.
Immediate hiring priority is for CRO Sales Executives with experience selling CRO services into pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences &/or medical devices companies in NJ metro area.
CRO Sales Executive role is a HUNTER sales role for star performers with a 2-3+ year track record of CRO sales within NJ metro area. VIRTUAL / HOME OFFICE. Candidates can be considered in NJ metro, including PHiladelphia & southern NJ metro areas, central & norther New Jersey, New York City metro and Connecticut.
Travel within territory of up to 25% - 50%.
Compensation plan is highly competitive with OTE to $130K up to $200K for top performers – UNCAPPED COMPENSATION PLAN!!! Base pay depends on skills & experience; quota ranging from $3 Million to $6 Million. Need prior experience in cold calling – calling on prospects – building new client relationships
CRO Sales Exec’s will be teamed up with sales support subject matter expert, to ensure complex, scientific & regulatory matters are fully addressed during the bidding / sales process.
